The game was scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time, marking the Hawks’ first home contest of the 2026–27 season.
The giveaway was promoted through the team’s social media channels with an “ALL-FAN T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY” graphic showing the black shirt against a red background. The announcement featured the same Harry the Hawk collage displayed across the chest of the tee.
