Cancel or change an order

Because items are made to order, timing matters. Here is the window.

Cancel within 6 hours

You can cancel any order for a full refund within 6 hours of placing it. Email [email protected] with your order number and “Cancel” in the subject line. After 6 hours your order moves into production and can no longer be canceled; it can still be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Change size, color or design

Changes are possible within the same 6-hour window. Email us with your order number and the change you need. Once production starts we cannot edit the item.

Change the shipping address

Address updates are possible until the order ships. Email us as soon as you notice the mistake. After the package is with the carrier we can no longer redirect it.
