We respect the intellectual property of artists, designers and brand owners, and we expect the same from everyone who works with us. We do not knowingly sell products that infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights.

If you believe that a product, image or other content on 2ezeapparel.com infringes your intellectual property, please notify us using the procedure below, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. How to Submit an Infringement Notice

Send your notice by email to our designated contact (see section 6) with the subject line “DMCA Report”. To be complete, your notice must include:

  1. The work you own: a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim is being infringed, with registration numbers if available.
  2. The infringing material: a description of the product or content and the exact URL(s) where it appears on 2ezeapparel.com.
  3. Your contact details: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Signature: your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name at the end of the email is accepted as an electronic signature.

2. How We Handle Notices

  • We acknowledge complete notices and begin our review within 1–2 business days.
  • If the notice is valid, we promptly remove the listed product or disable access to the content.
  • We confirm the action to you by email and, where relevant, inform the designer or supplier responsible.
  • If a notice is missing required information, we will tell you what is needed before we can act.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact. It must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which 2EZE Apparel may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. The removed material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the complainant informs us that they have filed a court action to prevent it.

4. Repeat Infringement

2EZE Apparel has a zero-tolerance approach to repeated infringement. We permanently remove designs and stop working with any designer or supplier who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.

5. Trademarks and Other Rights

Concerns about trademarks, a person’s name or likeness, or other rights outside copyright can be reported in the same way. Please include the trademark registration number and the country of registration where available.

If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, we suggest speaking with a lawyer before sending a notice.
